Introduction to the Lab
The Computer Architecture and Memory Systems (CAMe) Laboratory at Inha University aims to design future computer architectures and memory systems with better performance, energy efficiency, and stability.
His research focuses on memory-centric computer architectures, including Processing in Memory (PIM) architectures that perform computations in memory, and heterogeneous memory systems.
We are recruiting undergraduate interns and master's/doctoral students. We welcome applications from those who are interested in computer architecture and memory systems as follows.
- Research on new PIM architecture
- How to effectively utilize PIM in existing computer systems
- How to use heterogeneous memory with different characteristics (e.g., utilizing both main memory DRAM and CXL-based memory buffers)
