The MATHCODA Doctoral Training Unit is a doctoral program focusing on innovative mathematical tools for high-dimensional and complex data structures. Applications span from life sciences to engineering and finance. Our goal is to train researchers in advanced mathematical techniques for modeling and analyzing data with unique features like high-dimensional components, complex topological structures, or long-range dependence. The DTU will be led by seven supervisors from Luxembourg University, each a specialist in mathematical statistics, probability theory, and their applications. We believe the collaboration among distinct research groups in MATHCODA will offer doctoral candidates a rich learning environment and a strong foundation for their future careers.
